Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These terms apply to Archipelago, the online island strategy game operated by MP Labs Ltd. Contact support@archipelago.game for help, concerns or complaints. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Using Archipelago
Use the service lawfully and respect other players. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and for keeping account access and private table links secure. Do not impersonate others, harass players, share unlawful content, cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service or attempt to access another player’s private information. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use.
Your creations and shared content
You retain ownership of content you create. Only upload artwork, names, links and other material that you have permission to share. By submitting content, you give us permission to store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate the features you use, including multiplayer games, shared designs and replays. Publishing a Workshop design makes it available for others to load and remix within Archipelago. Removing a listing does not recall copies already saved or content retained in existing games.
Fair play and availability
Archipelago is being actively developed. Features, game rules and rankings may change, and interruptions or errors can occur. Ratings and results are game features, not a promise of a prize or financial value. We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or breaches of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction or result is incorrect.
Third-party services
Sign-in providers and external creator links have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or player-published listing does not mean MP Labs Ltd endorses its content or guarantees an external event.
Stopping use and resolving concerns
You can stop using Archipelago at any time. Contact our privacy address to request deletion of personal information. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact support first so we can investigate a concern.
Updates
We will publish updated terms here and provide notice of significant changes where required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
